These Terms & Conditions form a contract between you and ParkSmart (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “ParkSmart”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), the provider of the ParkSmart App (collectively referred to as the “ParkSmart Service”).

By using the ParkSmart Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the ParkSmart Service. The term “you” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. Violation of these Terms & Conditions may lead to the cancellation of your account or blocking access to your account without notice.

Definitions

  • App: ParkSmart App
  • Cookie: A small piece of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser, used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember information such as your language preference or login information.
  • Company: Refers to ParkSmart, responsible for your information under these Terms & Conditions.
  • Country: Mauritius
  • Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can access the ParkSmart App and use the services.
  • ParkSmart App: The application through which the Company provides its services.
  • Service: Refers to the service provided by ParkSmart via its ParkSmart App as described on this platform.
  • Third-party service: Refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide content or whose products or services may interest you.
  • Website: ParkSmart’s online site, accessible at www.parksmart.mu.
  • You: A person or entity registered with ParkSmart to use the Services via the ParkSmart App.

General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with ParkSmart, you confirm your agreement with and are bound by the terms contained in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email, call, message, chat, or other types of communication between you and ParkSmart.

The Service

License

ParkSmart grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the ParkSmart App strictly in accordance with this agreement.

Restrictions

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the platform available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including notices of copyright or trademark) of ParkSmart or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the app.

Privacy Policy

By using the ParkSmart App, you agree to the terms of the ParkSmart Privacy Policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with any good or service, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will discuss any issues you are experiencing with our product.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by you to ParkSmart with respect to the App shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ParkSmart.

ParkSmart shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or compensation to you.
